C.J. Masimore is an experienced leader with a history of success in building successful teams and organizations. Her experience includes leading a start-up charity through five years of growth to advising Fortune 25 senior executives. After 10+ years of practising law, she obtained her Executive MBA from London Business School. She now provides strategic support to entrepreneurs and charities.

Maria Thakrar has over a decade of experience working as a management consultant both in the UK and in the US. She has worked with government organisations as well as private companies to transform the performance of their workforce and its management. Maria's most recent experience includes leading a fundraiser that raised over £1.2 million in support of financial aid for education.

Margaret Pringle is a seasoned fundraiser in the international school world where she also spent more than a decade as a teacher and administrator. She recently stepped away from full-time work to wholly pursue her passion for community-based work and participate more directly in neighbourhood initiatives.
