The Neighborhood Action Network provides unrestricted funding to charities based and operating in Camden Town, Harlesden, Kensal Green, Kensal Rise, Kilburn, Maida Vale, North Kensington, Queen's Park, South and West Hampstead, St. John's Wood, Swiss Cottage, or Willesden.
We like to fund good ideas that do at least one of the following:
1. Bring people together and build strong relationships in and across our communities;
2. Improve the places and spaces that matter to local communities;
3. Help more people reach their potential
NAN funding is unrestricted, simple, and awarded promptly.
We operate two grant cycles per year. At each meeting, three potential grantee organisations make a five-minute, no-tech pitch to the group. At the conclusion, NAN members vote on which charity to invest in and the funds are transferred that evening. Each grant cycle awards roughly £2,000–£3,000.
